My name is Larisa Mabey, but people I know and love call me Lara. I am The Quirky Baker and I am a self-taught gluten-free baker with personal experience of Celiac disease and gluten intolerance. I’ve been baking since I was 10 years old and not long ago I decided to use this talent of mine to create gluten-free baked goodies that are tasty, simple to make and amazing to eat.
