My name is Larisa, known to many as Lara, The Quirky Baker. I am The Quirky Baker — a self‑taught gluten‑free baker with personal experience of Celiac disease and gluten intolerance. I’ve been baking since I was 10 years old, and not long ago I decided to turn this lifelong passion into creating gluten‑free baked goodies that are tasty, simple to make, and amazing to eat.

What started as experiments in my own kitchen has grown into a joyful mission: proving that gluten‑free baking can be every bit as delicious (and often more fun!) than traditional recipes. Each cake, pastry, and cookie I make carries both my quirky creativity and my commitment to safe, transparent ingredients.
